Hookins Families in Broadclyst

I have records of a small Tree based in Broadclyst in the 1700-1800s. There are only about 15 definite members. I recently found a John (a carpenter) and his wife Ann living in Westwood Cottages Broadclyst in 1841 but by 1851 the address was then referred to as in St Thomas and John had married Elizabeth (1850). I believe Ann may have died in 1844 but I am getting the death certificate to prove that. Other male members of the family were also carpenters but it seems that the Broadclyst Hookins family may have died out after that as I have yet to find any descendants or links to expand the Tree - but you never know!
