Certificate Order

I'm now sending off for the certificate of Ann's death mentioned on 7th May to see if she was in fact associated with John as his second wife although her death is recorded as HOOKINGS. I am also sending for a marriage for Elizabeth Ann HOOKINS who is believed to be on my family tree but the marriage took place in 1880 and in the 1881 Census she is still using her maiden name living back at her parents' home although the mother wasn't there that night - another mystery!
